Maritime Warfare Training Professional

At Serco, we are proud to support the Australian Defence Force with critical support services in our region since 1997. Our expertise includes the maintenance of biomedical equipment and complex weapon systems, integrated logistics, simulator-based training, asset management, engineering and project management, and operating marine vessels.
The role has evolved to meet the changing needs of the Royal Australian Navy, including a revised salary package. We seek an Assistant Maritime Warfare Instructor who will work alongside Senior Maritime Warfare Instructors and RAN staff to provide high-quality training to Maritime Warfare Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate simulators to provide realistic scenario-based training to RAN Officers
- Work as an integral part of the training team to deliver high-quality training
- Collaborate with Senior Maritime Warfare Instructors and RAN staff to ensure effective training delivery
Requirements:
- Proven military experience suitable for the role
- Ability to hold or gain and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 - SECRET, or above
- Civilian qualifications in Training and Assessment
We offer a competitive salary of $**120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications.
