We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and establish relationships with business units and hiring managers to understand organizational requirements.
- Deliver recruitment and selection services aimed at optimizing the available workforce.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Demonstrated 1-3 years experience in a similar HR or Talent Acquisition role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or willingness to undertake further study.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes.
  • Adaptability with the ability to identify risk and opportunities whilst exercising sound judgment.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills including efficient administration skills.
