Job Summary

The Assistant Director Workforce Strategy and Planning will lead a small team in developing and delivering the Strategic Workforce Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop workforce plans that align with organizational priorities.\
  • Mature workforce planning capabilities across departments to mitigate risks.\
  • Collaborate with teams to develop robust workforce strategies.\
  • Anticipate and meet workforce demands by analyzing data and forecasts.\
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning activities and develop strategic workforces.\
  • Ensure alignment of integrated workforce with highest priorities.\
  • Engage with stakeholders to plan and forecast workforce requirements.\
  • Responsible for planning and forecasting workforce requirements to achieve delivery outcomes.\
  • Plan and forecast workforce needs to ensure optimal solutions.\
  • Prepare high-quality briefings and reports on workforce planning activities.\
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.\
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and prepare high-quality reports.\
  • Excellent written communication skills.\
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills.\
