Senior Associate Tax Adviser Role

As a senior associate tax adviser, you will be part of a leading tax practice in Australia, providing expert advice on complex and strategic tax issues to major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities include advising on M&A transactions and structuring, collaborating with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes, and developing expertise in a supportive high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience or 5.5 years' professional services tax experience, with a focus on M&A structuring, corporate reorganisations, cross-border tax and structuring for greenfield infrastructure and property projects.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on complex and strategic tax issues for major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.
  • Play a key role in structuring and executing transactions, including greenfield infrastructure and large-scale property projects.
  • Collaborate with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes.
  • Develop your expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
