About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious lawyer to broaden their expertise across both advisory and dispute resolution work.
- Advise on tax aspects of significant transactions
- Assist with structuring and restructuring of corporate groups and investment vehicles
- Provide bespoke tax planning services
- Manage disputes with revenue authorities at all stages
- Collaborate with colleagues and counsel while mentoring junior lawyers
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- 4–8+ years' experience
- Strong experience advising on transactions and arrangements
- Exposure to tax disputes is desirable, and significant experience in tax law is essential
- Excellent technical and strategic skills
- Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach
