Role Overview

We are seeking a Tax Professional with M&A Expertise to join our Tax practice.

This is an opportunity for talented tax lawyers and professionals to work on sophisticated transactions alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, advising on a broad range of high-profile and complex tax matters including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) or 5.5 years' professional services tax experience, with a focus on M&A structuring, corporate reorganisations, cross-border tax and structuring for greenfield infrastructure and property projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on complex and strategic tax issues for major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.
  • Play a key role in structuring and executing transactions, including greenfield infrastructure and large-scale property projects.
  • Collaborate with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes.
  • Develop your expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and commercially minded.
  • Experienced in M&A transactions and structuring.
  • Confident working directly with clients on complex tax and deal issues.
  • Ready to take the next step in their career in a top-tier independent firm.
