**Job Overview:**

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking a Concierge/Porter to join their team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding promptly and efficiently to their needs.
  • Share knowledge of Melbourne and its attractions with guests, helping them to plan their stay.
  • Assist guests with luggage and general inquiries.
  • Be a part of the hotel's fast-paced environment, working effectively under pressure.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
