We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at ACRWORLD. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Analysis: Review client requirements and summarize SOW and tenders to ensure accurate project scope and budget.
- Cost Management: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement teams to negotiate pricing and prepare detailed BOQs and subcontractor cost comparison matrices.
- Proposal Development: Work with the delivery team to prepare proposals and analyze and evaluate offers, inputting cost data into spreadsheets.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in estimating commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Skills: Excellent commercial awareness, strong relationship building, influencing, and negotiating skills, with experience in head contractor tendering and proficiency in Cost X, Cubit, or Buildsoft software.
