Governance and Compliance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Governance & Compliance professional to excel in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of governance and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing governance and compliance strategies that meet our needs.
  • Supporting the Compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with our company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating effective governance and compliance communications, including contributions to organizational papers, governance meetings, forums, committees, and boards.
  • Managing actions resulting from governance bodies, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Driving assurance and compliance requirements defined in contracts and company policies, establishing and maintaining these requirements for the organization.
