Governance and Compliance Leader

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail and hold a minimum Australian Baseline Security clearance, NV1 is preferred.

About the Role
  • The role of Governance and Compliance Leader is key to ensuring that our business operations meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • Supports and contributes to the Compliance strategy.
  • Facilitates Governance and Compliance communications, including contributions to ESO papers to various governance meetings, forums, committees and boards.
  • Manages any associated actions from these governance bodies.
  • Drives assurance and compliance requirements defined in the contract and company policies to establish and maintain these requirements for the account.
  • Leads service improvement plans and provides management visibility toward the account team
  • Analyses service performance and provide performance reporting.
  • Responsible for meeting security compliance obligations.
  • Escalation point to ensure timely incident resolution to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Analyses the process performance and delivery metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Governance & Compliance Management on large scale SAP projects is highly regarded
  • Preference will be given to people with previous experience working within the federal government space
  • Exemplary communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Operate in a well-structured, methodical manner, including detailed project planning and commercial reporting
