  • About the Role
  • This position involves working with a variety of programs, including acute, hand therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, complex care, community rehabilitation, and more.

  • Rotations are available across multiple campuses, allowing you to gain experience in different settings and develop your skills.

  • You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with senior OTs, experienced clinical supervisors, and a dedicated OT Junior Workforce Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.

  • Contribute to quality improvement projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.

  • Certification: Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
