Job Title

Seeking a dedicated leader to head a team of professionals delivering quality early learning and care services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cohesive team in providing high-quality educational programs across five rooms, integrating kindergarten and long daycare.
  • Develop and implement the service's philosophy, encompassing sustainability, outdoor play, and creativity, while ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Oversee a major refurbishment project to create a modern environment for children's growth and development.
  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance children's learning and support reflective practice.
  • Build strong relationships with families and community partners, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving initiatives to foster a supportive centre environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and education principles.
  • Understanding of early learning frameworks and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with families and the wider community.
