Your Day-to-Day

As the first point of contact for patients, you\'ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.

In this multi-site role, you\'ll be rostered across several of our Southern Gold Coast clinics; all are only 5km away from each other, so flexibility and reliable transport are essential.

You\'ll Be Responsible For
  • Welcoming and checking in patients
  • Answering phones and managing email enquiries
  • Booking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma)
  • Advising patients on preparation requirements
  • Quoting fees and processing payments
  • Handling DVA and third-party claims
  • Supporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care
What You\'ll Bring
  • A warm, professional, and approachable personality
  • Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations
  • A current driver\'s licence and reliable vehicle
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
