Fun and inclusive team culture – we love to celebrate achievementsYour Day-to-DayAs the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.In this multi-site role, you'll be rostered across several of our Southern Gold Coast clinics all are only 5km away from each other, so flexibility and reliable transport are essential.You'll be responsible for:Welcoming and checking in patientsAnswering phones and managing email enquiriesBooking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma)Advising patients on preparation requirementsQuoting fees and processing paymentsHandling DVA and third-party claimsSupporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient careWhat You'll BringA warm, professional, and approachable personalityProven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus)Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressureFlexibility to work across multiple locationsA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleA proactive mindset and willingness to learnConfidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasksHow to applySimply submit your resume and a cover letter by selecting APPLY.
