Job Role: Orthopedic Practice Support

 

Our highly respected orthopedic surgeon is seeking a full-time support professional to manage all facets of their busy surgical practice. As a key member of the team, you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and shine with your friendly attitude toward both staff and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Front desk reception and management
 • Schedule appointments and prepare private patient accounts
 • General administration, including theatre bookings and account management
 • Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
 • Liaising with other specialists and preparing reports

Essential Criteria:

 
- Medical terminology knowledge
 
- High level of customer service and patient care
 
- Enjoy working in a busy environment
 
- Proactive and able to multi-task
 
- Excellent phone manner
 
- Knowledge of Genie software (highly regarded) and medical audio typing skills

 

Requirements:

 - Apple Mac hardware skills
 - Use of Excel software
 - High computer literacy

 

Working Environment:

 Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
