Job Title: Orthopaedic Support Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as an Orthopaedic Support Professional.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide in-field support to our fast-paced Orthopaedic sales team, ensuring total satisfaction with our equipment in use at hospitals across Melbourne, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Surgical case attendance to ensure optimal performance of our equipment.
  2. Coordinating equipment and consumables from existing rental or consignment stock to meet customer needs.
  3. Providing technical assistance as required to maintain ongoing contact with established customers.
  4. Managing consignment inventory and ensuring timely retrieval and return of loan equipment.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
