About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue within our nominated account package.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience selling ongoing services, products, and solutions within the Electrical Manufacturing sector. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Identify new opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and revenue

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience selling ongoing services, products, and solutions within the Electrical Manufacturing sector supporting the Mining, Utilities, or Heavy Industrial industries
  • An Electrical Trade OR Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business or Electrical Engineering (Desirable)
  • A current full Australian Driver's Licence
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Prior experience working in a role involving performance indicators, sales targets, and reports
  • A strong service orientation with high levels of initiative
  • Ability to work interstate and intrastate as required
