About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of travel agent accounts and driving business growth through sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth in assigned regions
  • Maintain regular contact with travel agents via structured call plans to ensure ongoing achievement of sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain knowledge of Air Tickets' products and services
  • Work closely with National Sales Managers to set and achieve sales growth targets
  • Analyse sales data to inform sales growth activities and identify areas for improvement
  • Represent Air Tickets at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Maintain CRM/Sales Tracker records and report on activity weekly

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in consolidation and field sales
  • Demonstrated experience in sales roles, either in front-line sales within a travel agency or selling products and services to the travel agency community
  • Strong international airfares and GDS knowledge
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders, including travel agents, owners, airline partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Good organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely
