About the Role

  • We are seeking a motivated Junior Scrum Master to join a government client engagement in Melbourne.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritising the backlog.
  • Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Guide the team on Agile practices and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the project.
About You
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Scrum Master required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks essential.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills necessary.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills desired.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must hold Australian Citizenship.
  • Baseline security clearance highly regarded or willingness to obtain.
