We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our admissions team as a Student Enrollment Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with students, agents, and internal staff regarding enrollment matters including course information, student fees, agent commissions, and account reconciliations.

This role requires strong analytical skills to analyze data related to the business and provide commentary on findings.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PRISMS and NetSuite, with excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence.

They will also have strong digital literacy skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience working in an education institution or agency.

This full-time position is based in Brisbane and offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with students, agents, and internal staff regarding enrollment matters.
  • Analyze data related to the business and provide commentary on findings.
  • Create enrollments and invoices on NetSuite as required, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Issue Confirmation of Enrollments (COEs) as needed on PRISMS.
  • Process course variations through PRISMS and in NetSuite.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong digital literacy skills.
  • Ability to analyze and provide commentary on data.
  • Experience with PRISMS essential, NetSuite highly regarded.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Leadership experience and demonstrated experience working in an education institution or agency.
