As a dedicated Enrolments Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the College Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage enrolment enquiries and processes for students from Year Prep to 12.
- Coordinate interviews for prospective students and families with relevant Leadership and Senior staff.
- Maintain and enhance enrolment policies and procedures to maximise efficiency and experience of prospective families.
- Ensure student departure processes are accurately completed for Years Prep to 12.
- Complete Student Data Transfer Note for interstate transferees.
This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Previous administrative experience in an education setting is preferred.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A high level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 22 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the goals of the College.
