About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Plan Partners. As an Accounts Team Member, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coding and Processing Invoices: You will be responsible for processing reimbursements and invoices using the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, investigating manual claims, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure timely processing of payments.
  2. Liaising with Service Providers: You will liaise with service providers to resolve day-to-day issues, follow up on provider requests, and work closely with the wider Plan Partners team to ensure seamless communication.
  3. Problem-Solving and Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with your team to streamline and improve our services, approach challenges with a can-do attitude, and contribute to a positive and open-culture team environment.
Requirements
  1. Experience and Skills: You will have at least 3 years of experience working in an accounts-based or similar financial role, with knowledge of the NDIS and experience using Salesforce.
  2. Personal Qualities: You will possess a positive 'Can Do' attitude, a curious mind, and keen problem-solving abilities, with a friendly and enthusiastic approach to life.
  3. NDIS Worker Check: You will be required to undergo an NDIS Worker Check prior to starting.
