About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic accounts within the mining sector. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts team, you will be responsible for maximising our profile, share of wallet, and building customer loyalty to drive retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer growth and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Drive sustainable growth by seeking expansion of current services and identifying new business development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales and revenue forecasts, ensuring timely reporting and progression of opportunities.
  • Champion customer interests internally, identifying innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead the pursuit of a seamless customer experience, engaging with internal stakeholders to remove barriers and challenges.
  • Oversee key strategic, financial, and operational reporting processes between us and the customer.
