
Business Support Specialist

The Business Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in assisting the advisory team, collaborating with clients to address the challenges of running and growing their businesses.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to senior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and handle meeting logistics.
- Draft routine correspondence, client emails, and internal memos.
- Client Service Delivery:
- Prepare client engagement packs, update client databases, and maintain records in compliance with firm policies.
- Assist in billing processes: generate draft bills, track WIP, and liaise with accounts for follow-ups.
- Email Management:
- Monitor email inboxes and flag critical tasks for assigned staff.
- Event Organisation:
- Assist in the organisation of team events or training sessions.
- Client Liaison:
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and respond to inquiries.
- Documentation:
- Manage client files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with partners, accountants, and other departments to coordinate client service delivery.
