Job Description

Are you a leader who can drive results in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead, coach and motivate a team of hospitality professionals. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Operations Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless operations and driving revenue growth.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as team leadership, communication, problem-solving and time management. You will work closely with our Food & Beverage Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and drive success.

About the Role:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of Food & Beverage staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and deliver on business objectives
  • Manage daily operations, including food and beverage service, opening and closing procedures, and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of cash control, food safety, and general WHS requirements
