Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the delivery of new initiatives across the broader Fraud and Scams roadmap for Business Bank in CommBiz Mobile.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap to deliver digital experiences that meet business priorities
  • Serve as the voice of the business and translate this for the team
  • Break down complex business problems into meaningful initiatives and work streams
  • Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations
  • Lead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmap
  • Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to
  • Oversee the Squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc

About You

  • Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Digital Product Owner
  • Proven technical delivery experience, and proven experience delivering into mobile apps and technology transformation
  • Influential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance
  • Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development
  • Highly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen
  • A risk management mindset

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
