About this Role

You will be working as a travelling Beauty Advisor to support our Boutiques and Counters across Sydney, supporting each location to achieve their daily goals. As a Consultant, you will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting beauty consultations and makeovers for both existing and new clients utilising your excellent knowledge of beauty products.
  • Advocating for Fragrance and Beauty products to onboard new clients to the Brand, booking appointments when applicable.
  • Ensuring the exceptional in-store experience and image that is renowned worldwide.
  • Collaborating with your team, other functions of the organisation and partners, to ensure seamless operations and experiences.
  • Assisting with gift wrapping and CRM activities to support the busy counters.

  • Strong interpersonal skills – relationship building and client mindset.
  • Awareness of beauty industry trends and confidence to speak about and apply a diverse range of products.
  • Great energy and enthusiasm to connect with customers through busy periods.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
  • Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours, including regular late-night trading and weekends.
