Chanel is recruiting Seasonal Counter Coverage Consultant to work across Greater Sydney. These contracts will start ASAP and end in January 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a travelling Beauty Advisor to support CHANEL Boutiques and Counters across Sydney, helping each location achieve its daily goals.
  • Conduct beauty consultations and makeovers for existing and new clients, using strong knowledge of CHANEL creations.
  • Advocate CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty products to onboard new clients, attract traffic, and book appointments where applicable.
  • Uphold the exceptional in-store experience and image CHANEL is renowned for worldwide.
  • Collaborate with your team, other functions of the organisation and partners to ensure seamless operations and experiences.
  • Assist with gift wrapping and CRM activities to support busy counters.
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong interpersonal skills – relationship building and client mindset.
  • Knowledge of beauty industry trends and confidence to discuss and apply a diverse range of products.
  • Great energy and enthusiasm to connect with customers during busy periods.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with CHANEL guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours, including regular late-night trading and weekends. Hours will expand during November and December.
