
Senior Laboratory Operations Manager

Are you a motivated leader looking to drive innovation in clinical diagnostics?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Production Scientist to lead our production team and develop new quality control materials.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor junior scientists. They will also have extensive experience in laboratory production techniques and post-production testing.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory scientists, driving innovation in QC material development, and overseeing precise laboratory production processes.
Key qualifications include:
- A degree in Biomedical Science or a related field
- Several years of experience in pathology or the IVD industry
- Proven expertise in laboratory production techniques and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
