Job Description

As a Store Business Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30+ members to deliver an exceptional experience in-store for customers.

You will develop a strong understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. This includes providing training and coaching in safety, as well as leading from the front in terms of workplace health and safety.

The successful applicant will bring an impressive track record of achievement in retail management while demonstrating a highly engaging and collaborative style to help drive a fun, positive, and safe culture in store.

About You
  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role where you have led a large successful team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours
  • A strong understanding of various Retail Operations
  • Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
