Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Maintenance Professional to join our team in Parramatta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
  • Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
  • Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
  • Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job.

Requirements:

  • Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
  • Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
  • Valid driver's licence - minimum P2.
  • Confident towing a trailer.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check
