We are seeking an experienced Gardening Care Specialist to join our team at Anzac Village in Narrabeen. This is a full-time role responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds across our Retirement Village.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain the gardens and grounds, including hedging, pruning and weed spraying
- Plant new shrubs and plants
- Perform other duties as directed by the Leader

**Requirements:**

- Proactive attitude towards sustained maintenance of grounds
- Ability to interact with seniors on a day-to-day basis
- Driver's licence as occasional driving may be required around the village
- Mandatory Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check prior to commencing employment
