As a pivotal figure in the renewable energy sector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing contract administration and negotiations for operational projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing diverse stakeholders and complex contracts, ensuring seamless project execution and business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts across operational and development-stage renewable energy projects.
  • Negotiate and administer project agreements while identifying and mitigating legal, financial, and operational risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with project and business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards, supported by accurate contract records and reporting.
  • Support dispute resolution processes and engage external legal counsel when required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Laws (mandatory).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience within, or providing services to, the renewable energy industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise with renewable energy project agreements including LTSA and EPC contracts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management tools/software.
