Job Title: Water Quality Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Quality Team Member to join our team. As a Water Quality Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and safe operation of pools and water attractions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine testing, cleaning, and maintenance duties to ensure pool water quality meets safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain pool water levels, clean and maintain filters, chlorinators, skimmers, and pool vacuum systems.
  • Inspect and maintain dosing and metering equipment.
  • Assist with scooping, vacuuming, and surface cleaning of pools.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance procedures for pool equipment.
  • Follow instructions and complete daily task checklists.
  • Attend team meetings and safety briefings.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Physically fit and capable of climbing towers and working outdoors.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in varied weather and guest conditions.
