About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you providing onsite technical support for a large customer's premises, delivering top-notch service within a Microsoft AD, AAD, and Exchange environment.

  • You'll be supporting servers, desktops, and applications, as well as maintaining Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure.
  • A wide range of Level 1-3 support tasks await, from daily variety to great customer relationships, the best tech stack, and new challenges.
  • Collaborate with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and occasionally participate in project teams to deploy solutions for the customer.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, grounded in speaking fluently with humans.
  • An advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Exchange, as well as general knowledge of LAN & WAN networking principles.
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP).
  • An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.
  • Desirable: experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion.
