Project Lead Job Opportunity

As a seasoned project leader, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering major projects across various business domains. Your expertise in managing complex, high-value strategic projects will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex, high-value strategic projects with a focus on successful delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including objectives, deliverables, tasks, milestones, and key metrics.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with governance, delivery, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and track project progress against targets.
  • Capture and mitigate project risks, manage budgets, and handle cost variations.
  • Develop and implement change and transition plans for all impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Provide governance support for business programs and support management in developing business cases and negotiating vendor contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced project lead who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or technology - Project or Change Management Certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading significant projects within a program portfolio, showcasing expertise in waterfall, agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capability to thrive under pressure, adapt to constant changes, and propose innovative solutions.
