The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an innovative project delivery framework, focusing on expanding public housing by 13,200 dwellings by 2030. This involves exploring cutting-edge delivery models, such as modular builds, commercial partnerships, and repurposing existing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic project delivery framework for housing growth.
  • Advise on procurement methodologies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry and government stakeholders.
  • Lead procurement discussions and manage commercial risks.
  • Ensure alignment across technical, legal, environmental, and planning aspects of projects.
  • Represent the organization in high-level negotiations and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications include recognized expertise in engineering, architecture, or project management.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale development or construction is desirable.
  • Familiarity with government procurement and delivery processes is also desirable.
