We are seeking an experienced Brand Director for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to lead our marketing and creative team, ensuring our brand continues to thrive. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand strategy during this maternity cover period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Brand Strategy & Positioning: Lead the refinement and execution of our brand strategy, positioning, messaging and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Monitor and drive brand health, market share, and commercial outcomes.
  • Champion Our Brand; driving brand education, upholding alignment to core brand proposition, and driving brand equity.
  • Enhance Storytelling across email, SMS, and loyalty touchpoints, collaborating with our E-commerce Manager to create personalised, brand-led journeys.
  • Manage Marketing Initiatives: Strategically plan and manage our marketing calendar, aligning brand initiatives with business priorities, performance initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Lead Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns, from ideation through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Write strategic creative briefs and collaborate with internal content teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver engaging, high-quality brand assets.
  • Foster Customer Loyalty: Ensure that brand initiatives deepen customer loyalty and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints.
