Role Description:
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand growth and success through effective brand management.
The Brand Manager is a pivotal role that involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver against short and long-term brand imperatives and initiatives. You will work closely with the local cross-functional team and the UK-based Team NPD to drive new product development and product change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of the longer-term strategic brand plan for the portfolio
- Managing the development and delivery into market of new products and product changes
- Working closely with the Insights team to undertake relevant research and validate new product developments
- Leading all aspects of Gate paper development on key projects ensuring commercial team alignment
- Developing new concepts and exploring entry into new categories and channels
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in Brand Management with a strong innovation background
- Strong track record of marketing within consumer goods organizations
- Experience in leading project teams in multi-brand business environments
