Teaching Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate educator to create a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality childcare services, engaging with children in our care and fostering their cognitive and social development.
  • Support the implementation of our quality curriculum and documentation, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Plan and facilitate play-based activities that promote learning and skill-building, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Reflect on best practices and contribute to ongoing professional development, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching methods and child care standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required, adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education and care.
  • Possess a current Working with Children's Check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children in care.
  • Hold current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or be willing to obtain them, prioritizing child safety and well-being.
  • Complete current Child Protection Training, upholding a commitment to protecting vulnerable children and families.
