We are seeking a Marketing Director to join our team and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading integrated digital marketing campaigns, building strong brands, and scaling patient acquisition. They will also possess expertise in regulatory compliance, particularly in the Australian healthcare sector.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of multi-channel programs to generate high-quality patient leads and improve conversion through the funnel.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to AHPRA, TGA, and Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on clinical accuracy, governance, and go-to-market priorities.
- Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging martech to keep marketing modern, responsible, and effective.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian healthcare advertising standards.
- Proven success leading integrated digital marketing strategies, brand management, and multi-channel campaigns at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to build partner programs and referral engines that compound growth.
- Track record of building and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across clinical, legal, executive, and operations teams.
- Patient-centred, ethical marketing approach and a builder's mindset.
- Full-time position based on-site in Richmond.
