About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the launch and consistent operation of our restaurant, private dining room, bar, and deli.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a kitchen team of 15 professionals, focusing on workflow optimization and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for your team members, promoting their growth and career advancement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with front-of-house and back-of-house teams through regular communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including reporting and budget management.
Requirements
