We are seeking a highly skilled custom residential architect to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative residential projects.

About the Role

This is a unique chance to lead the design and documentation of custom homes, duplexes, and small-scale developments in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading architectural design teams, collaborating with clients to understand their vision, and translating it into functional designs that reflect the city's diverse architectural landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-end residential architecture projects from concept to completion.
  • Closely collaborate with clients to deliver bespoke solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications in compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee the coordination of design elements throughout the construction phase.
Requirements:
  • A valid Australian Architect Registration.
  • Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit).
  • Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
