We are seeking a skilled Architect to contribute to various Residential projects.

About the Role:

A design-focused practice is looking for an Architect with 10+ years' experience in Construction Documentation and delivering leadership on tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Work on small, medium, and large-scale projects; coordinate with consultants, contractors, and builders.
  • Attend client meetings and report back to the team.
  • Read, produce, and amend development schedules for feasibility and coordination.
  • Contribute to Concept Design, Development Application, Tender, and Construction Documentation.
  • Communicate design concepts through 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Manage complex Revit files for large-scale projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years' experience working on large-scale projects like mixed-use or residential developments.
  • Experience delivering construction certificate documentation under the DBPA for residential projects.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate as part of a project team.
