We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our team and contribute to various residential projects.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile and large-scale Residential architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications as part of a broader team.
  • Work on small, medium, and large-scale projects; coordinate with consultants, contractors, and builders.
  • Attend and contribute to client and sub consultant meetings and report back to the broader team.
  • Read, produce, and amend development schedules for feasibility and coordination.
  • Participate in Concept Design, Development Application, Tender and Construction Documentation.
  • Convey and communicate design concepts through 2D and 3D drawings for presentations and reports.
  • Manage complex Revit files for large-scale projects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in Construction Documentation and delivering leadership on tenders.
  • 10+ years' experience working on large-scale projects such as mixed-use or residential developments.
  • Experience delivering construction certificate documentation under the Design and Building Practitioners Act (DBPA) for large-scale residential projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
