Senior Architect Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential projects from concept design to construction.
About the Role:- Contribute to residential projects across stages from concept design to construction.
- Prepare detailed drawings and models using ArchiCAD.
- Apply knowledge of development approvals and construction processes to support project delivery.
- Collaborate with team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet design intent and regulatory requirements.
- Lead parts of projects where appropriate, taking ownership of specific components or phases.
- Mentor and support junior staff, sharing expertise and best practices.
- 5-10 years experience in architectural practice.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect.
- Local multi-residential project experience.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural documentation, detailing, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, design, and problem-solving skills.
