Residential Architecture Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative architect to join our team in Sydney.

  • About the Role:
  • To lead the design and documentation of custom homes, duplexes, and small-scale developments.
  • To collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional designs.
  • To prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications in compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
  • To liaise with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • To oversee the coordination of design elements throughout the construction phase.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building technologies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • A valid Australian Architect Registration.
  • Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit).
  • Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
