Pathology Business Development Specialist

As a Medical Liaison Officer with Healius Pathology, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and promoting our pathology services to the Traralgon and Gippsland regions. Reporting to the Business Development and Sales Manager, you will act as a bridge between our business and healthcare professionals, managing and developing current referrer relationships while delivering on current marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop current referrer relationships, whilst delivering on current marketing strategies
- Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude
- Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies
- Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers
- Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis
Requirements:
- Current Drivers Licence is essential
- Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable
- Recent graduate or industry background is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners
