About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key liaison between our business and healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting our services in the Traralgon and Gippsland areas.
This role requires a targeted approach to the market, with a focus on strategic marketing and sales initiatives. You will manage new and existing referrer relationships, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to drive revenue growth
- Manage and maintain current referrer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building
- Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to increase revenue
- Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis to inform business decisions
- Achieve revenue targets through implementation of revenue growth strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Curren Drivers Licence is essential
- Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential
- Recent graduate or industry background is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare is desirable but not essential
- Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners is essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills is essential

Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation and other benefits.
