About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key liaison between our business and healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting our services in the Traralgon and Gippsland areas.

This role requires a targeted approach to the market, with a focus on strategic marketing and sales initiatives. You will manage new and existing referrer relationships, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain current referrer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters, providing exceptional customer service
  • Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to increase revenue
  • Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis to inform business decisions
  • Achieve revenue targets through implementation of revenue growth strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Curren Drivers Licence is essential
  • Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential
  • Recent graduate or industry background is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners is essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills is essential

Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation and other benefits.
