Role Overview

This fixed-term position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pathology education at Alfred Health.

You will be part of the Digital Health Learning and Development team, working on the Shared Pathology Project, a joint initiative with Monash Health to establish a shared pathology service model.

This project aims to deliver a unified Alfred/Monash Pathology service, considering the benefits and risks, while aligning with broader pathology system reform led by the Department of Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality learning and development programs and materials related to pathology, aligning with the Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Strategy.
  • Create and manage the education approach for the Shared Pathology Project, based on the established operating model.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, education, or systems.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with equivalent work experience in designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs.
